Hook, Hampshire, 01 April 2020: Whiteoaks International, the award-winning tech PR agency, has once again demonstrated its commitment to quality with the renewal of its PRCA Communications Management Standard (CMS).
The annual certification covers a number of areas including leadership and communication, business improvement, campaign management, client satisfaction and people management.
Following the successful annual audit and moderation session, the PRCA’s audit assessor Carol Magill provided excellent feedback to the team.
“This agency was tested via the CMS Moderation process on Business Improvement, People and Client Management. The agency’s response to business improvement in particular was a very strong and comprehensive response with exceptional evidence presented,” says Magill.
“In addition, there was strong evidence of engagement with clients on how to get best value for money, and it is clear that relationships are open and transparent. People are at the heart of all organisations and this is an agency which is transparent and strategic in its people management.”
The accreditation is based on the ISO9001 standard for quality and Investors in People, and is unique to the PR and communications industry.
“We are delighted to achieve the PRCA CMS certification once again. We’re operating in a constantly changing environment, so agility is key. But there are also areas that remain consistent, like our commitment to quality; whether that is in the delivery of creative and successful campaigns, giving strategic advice, or day-to-day contact with our clients and the media,” says Suzanne Griffiths Whiteoaks International MD.
“The framework demonstrates this commitment to excellence to our potential and existing clients, and is an indication of our professionalism and the emphasis we place on building and strong relationships with our staff and clients.”
