Hook, Hampshire, 12 August 2020: Whiteoaks International, the award-winning tech PR agency, has announced the appointment of three new practice heads — Hannah Buckley, Chris Patmore and Emma Walker.

The appointments form part of the agency’s wider strategy to evolve its offering in line with client need and market trends — and follow on from the appointment of award-winning Creative Director Mark Wilson and launch of a dedicated creative department earlier this year.

“As an agency that has built its almost thirty-year reputation on employing teams of specialists to implement targeted, quality campaigns for our B2B tech clients, investing in these appointments further cements our commitment to our clients and evolving our business,” says Hayley Goff, Chief Operating Officer at Whiteoaks.

Each head is responsible for managing a team of specialists that works closely with account teams to deliver results-driven, creative campaigns and strategic consultancy. The heads report into the COO, with the account teams reporting into John Broy, Chief Client Officer.

Hannah Buckley has been promoted to Head of Content. She is responsible for developing and executing Whiteoaks’ content strategy, and ensuring the delivery of compelling, high quality content assets across the client base.

Chris Patmore joins the agency as Head of Media bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the PR and comms industry. He has worked across agencies and in-house and has held several senior positions running global programmes for a host of technology clients from start-ups to established multinationals.

Emma Walker has been promoted to Head of Digital and Social and is responsible for evolving the agency’s social media offering, devising digital strategies, and mobilising digital resource across Whiteoaks.

“Our focus on specialist streams is especially important as communication disciplines become more collaborative and intertwined, with PR, content, digital and creative forming the foundation of client campaigns, giving us an integrated delivery, management and measurement model. As a result, these appointments ensure we have the right skills and capabilities in place to proactively meet our clients’ needs and move swiftly to address a fast-changing market,” concludes Goff.
